Her leadership in strengthening women-led SHGs and advancing financial inclusion has impacted thousands of households. This recognition celebrates her decade-long commitment to empowering communities and promoting inclusive finance.

He addressed the gathering on the role of microfinance in advancing inclusive growth and strengthening community institutions, and was felicitated in recognition of his sustained contribution to responsible finance and women-led development.

Our Founder Chairperson, Padmashree Mr. Aloysius Prakash Fernandez, was felicitated for his contribution in the field of Microfinance and Community finance.
Sanghamithra Rural Financial Services is honoured to share that our Founder Chairperson, Padmashree Mr. Aloysius Prakash Fernandez, was invited to participate in the Inaugural Session of the 20th Sa-Dhan National Conference on Inclusive Growth, held on 13–14 November 2025 in New Delhi, and was felicitated by the Secratary, DFS, GOI for his significant contribution to microfinance and community finance. His address highlighted the importance of the savings-led SHG model, strong institutions, and responsible financial practices in advancing sustainable financial inclusion. He emphasized the need to consider introducing a Credit Guarantee Scheme for Microfinance sector, strengthening fund support from NABARD for SHG training & Capacity building.

In recognition of his decades of impactful work in the social sector, microfinance, and financial inclusion, Sa-Dhan conferred the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. Our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Sunil Jadli together with the Sanghamithra team, had the privilege of representing us on this proud occasion.
