Insurance to Clients

Credit Life Insurance and Health Insurance (Hospi Shield) products are offered to clients, providing comprehensive financial security and peace of mind.

Credit Life Insurance

Covers the borrower up to the loan amount for the entire tenure. In case of the borrower’s unfortunate death, the outstanding loan is fully settled, and the nominee receives the repaid portion, easing the family’s financial burden.

Health Insurance (Hospi Shield)

Provides a daily hospital cash benefit during hospitalization and offers a death benefit of ₹1 lakh in the event of accidental death, helping reduce financial stress during emergencies.

Financial and Digital Literacy

Delivers workshops for rural women on budgeting, savings, financial planning, and digital skills, empowering them to manage finances and build greater financial independence.

Support Services

CSR funds are provided to support NGOs in forming and training SHGs, and also help borrowers build technical and managerial skills through training institutions, especially for those availing larger TIREN loans to upgrade their skills.

Mahila Sahaya Support Service

SRFS staff stay in digital or telephonic touch with clients to track progress, remind repayments, and identify support services like training and market linkages. If issues arise, field staff visit to assess, and the Regional Office ensures necessary support is provided.
