Mr. R. Ravi Kumar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Mysore University. After completing his education, he joined the organization in 2002 as a credit officer trainee in Chitradurga. He is specialized in operations and business development. He monitors the two clusters.  Over the years, he has worked in various capacities, including credit officer, manager of audit and vigilance, chief manager, and regional manager. Now he is been in the position of Regional Manager at Kalaburagi since March 2024.
